Training

Training underpins everything present and future. Without good fundamentals and a deep understanding, organisations and teams drastically reduce their ability to achieve excellence.

Our training services

There has been a shift in mindset from reactive to proactive training. We offer a range of customised training and coaching sessions to ensure our clients have the most efficient and pragmatic teams to enable “right first time”. Training has evolved to a proactive solution rather than a reactive problem solver.

From the classroom to a workshop, everything we do is completely bespoke to our clients' needs. Our ethos towards training is that we do not want to be a ‘Tick Box’ exercise. We want to partner with like-minded companies that want to truly improve and engage their teams' knowledge base, promoting best practices in every department, not just quality.

Quality (CAPA, Change Control, Investigations & Root-Cause Analysis

Effective quality systems rely on a clear understanding and consistent execution. Training in CAPA, change control, and investigations equips your teams to identify issues early, apply structured problem-solving, and implement sustainable improvements. Your staff will gain confidence in their ability to manage deviations, drive root-cause analysis, and meet regulatory expectations with precision.

Sterile/Aseptic SME Training

Sterile manufacturing demands a specialised skillset. Our training helps aseptic operators, supervisors, and quality teams develop deep subject matter expertise in sterile practices, contamination control, and regulatory compliance. Whether preparing for audit scrutiny or strengthening day-to-day practices, your team will gain the technical knowledge needed to safeguard product integrity and patient safety.

Regulatory (CMC, Strategy, Operations, Clinical)

Navigating the regulatory landscape requires more than policy knowledge—it requires strategic understanding. This training empowers your teams with practical insights into Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC), regulatory strategy, clinical development pathways, and operational compliance. Whether submitting dossiers or managing lifecycle changes, your team will be equipped to make informed, compliant decisions across the product lifecycle.

Good Practices & Efficiences (GxP & ISO)

Strong foundations in GxP and ISO standards are essential across the life sciences. Our training provides the “why” behind the “what,” building capability across manufacturing, lab, clinical, and distribution environments. Participants learn how to apply good practices practically—improving quality, ensuring consistency, and creating efficiencies without compromising compliance.

Auditing, Risk Management & Assessment

Confident, capable auditors and risk managers help identify vulnerabilities before they become liabilities. This training builds internal capability to conduct risk-based audits, perform effective risk assessments, and translate findings into meaningful actions. Teams gain skills to anticipate issues, strengthen supplier oversight, and contribute directly to proactive, inspection-ready systems.

Benefits of training services

Business

Training is not just a compliance requirement—it's a strategic investment. A well-trained workforce improves efficiency, reduces error rates, and increases delivery consistency. By embedding expert knowledge into your teams, you create a culture of accountability and performance, enabling your business to scale sustainably while meeting regulatory demands with confidence.

Trainee

Effective training empowers individuals to succeed. By providing practical, relevant knowledge and clear expectations, staff gain confidence in their roles, understand their impact, and are more likely to contribute proactively. Training fosters a sense of ownership and pride—enabling career growth and helping teams perform with clarity, purpose, and precision.

Patient or customer

At the end of every process is a patient or customer who expects safe, effective, and reliable products. Competent, well-trained staff are critical to reducing risk, avoiding errors, and delivering consistently high-quality outcomes. Training helps ensure that every action taken—whether in a lab, on a production line, or in clinical operations—protects the end user and builds lasting trust.

Your journey

Consultation

The consultation is an initial fact-finding activity to understand the high-level scope of work, timelines and potential resources needed.

1
Technical Review Meeting

The relevant technical consultants will support the scope of work review to identify, assess, and develop a provisional plan of action, including milestones and required resources.

2
Framework Alignment & Material Review Period

A training framework with multiple review and alignment stages to ensure material and focus points are in line with expectations will be generated. This typically involves 2-3 stages of review to ensure all parties are aligned on the content, agenda, pre-prepared materials and any scheduled delivery dates.

3
Delivery

The project(s) will commence in line with agreed priorities and timelines.

4
Follow Up

Some projects involve a follow-up to ensure the effectiveness of individual or group training.

5
Feedback & Survey

Feedback is crucial for continuous improvement, and for additional requirements that have been highlighted for the benefit of not just the trainee but the customer.

6
Close out

The close-out meeting will be utilised to review the project and complete any required handover once the work has been concluded. This will allow feedback to be provided and enable future requirements to be discussed.
